Don't listen to my wife's review, she is a total snob. This place is a standard budget hotel and the staff is a delight.
We stayed here over the long weekend and had a wonderful trip! Although we spent the majority of our time outside at the fire pit/BBQ, the room was quiet and clean.The owner was so accommodating to our needs! We are new to the area and John was able to recommend good day trips/restaurants. Not to mention the view of the lake was absolutely stunning! Definitely plan to come back soon.

We were pleasantly surprised after having a horrible experience in another motel in town the staff was friendly, the room was spacious , very comfortable beds, a fireplace heater made it toasty warm, a fully functional kitchenette, and best of all incredibly reasonable rates definitely I'd stay here again
Stayed in room 7 in the hotel. It was okay, but there was zero air flow. No windows, no A/C and there was no screen in the door to let any air in. It could have been cleaned a bit better and needs a good deep clean. But it was a place to stay and the bed was firm nut comfy.
Excellent value motel rooms. Front desk service is always good. Rooms were always clean, if a little dated. Stayed in winter months, and rooms were warm and draft free. WIFI and cable tv were welcomed amenities as well.
Love this basic motel on the outskirts of Haileybury. Right on the water surrounded by trees and lawn and chairs. Find it peaceful despite busy road. BBQ available for guests. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Air conditioning.coffee maker, fridge.
The room was very clean. The staff are very courteous and the price was right. The location was also very convenient for me. I would stay here again, and I'll recommend it to the people at work as they occasionally have contractors from out of town that need somewhere close by to stay.
